1. Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
- Certain items (digital products, personal care, customized items) may not be eligible
2. Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed via the same payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay)
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

- Customized or made-to-order products
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share images/videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund
6. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
